Sheesha Paradise provides premium hookah (sheesha) catering services for private and corporate events including weddings, birthday parties, bachelor nights, corporate events, and social gatherings across Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad.

Our service includes the supply, setup, operation, and dismantling of hookah stations at your event venue. All equipment, charcoal, and flavoured tobacco (molasses) are provided by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hookah / sheesha consumption is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By booking our services, the event organiser confirms that:

• The service will only be made available to guests aged 18 or older
• The organiser accepts full responsibility for ensuring this at the event
• Sheesha Paradise bears no liability for access by minors if the organiser fails to enforce this

An enquiry submitted through our website or via phone / WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon:

• Written or verbal agreement on the service details and pricing
• Receipt of an advance payment as agreed between both parties

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, including but not limited to unavailability of the date, venue restrictions, or non-compliance with local regulations.

All prices are quoted on a per-event basis depending on the number of hookah stations, duration, guest count, and location. Quoted prices are inclusive of setup, operation, and teardown unless stated otherwise.

An advance deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. We accept payment via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other methods as mutually agreed.

Additional charges may apply for events outside our standard service radius, late-night extensions, or last-minute changes to service scope. These will be communicated in advance.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 7+ days before the event: Full advance refund, less any non-recoverable costs
• 3–6 days before the event: 50% of the advance amount is refundable
• Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund on the advance
• Cancellation by us: Full advance refund plus reasonable compensation where applicable

All cancellation requests must be communicated directly to us via call or WhatsApp. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days.

As the event organiser / client, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring the venue permits hookah / sheesha use and open-flame charcoal
• Obtaining any necessary permissions or NOCs from the venue or local authorities
• Providing adequate space, ventilation, and access for our team and equipment
• Ensuring the safety and security of our staff and equipment at the event venue
• Notifying us of any special requirements, restrictions, or venue rules in advance

Sheesha Paradise will not be liable for service disruption caused by venue restrictions, power failures, or other factors outside our control.

Hookah smoking carries health risks associated with tobacco consumption. By booking our services, the organiser acknowledges this and accepts responsibility for informing guests accordingly. Sheesha Paradise complies with all applicable regulations regarding the sale and use of tobacco products in India.

We use only quality, commercially available flavoured tobacco products from reputable brands (Al Fakher, Adalya, and similar). No illegal substances are used or supplied under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sheesha Paradise shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Health consequences arising from hookah consumption by event guests
• Loss or damage to personal property at the event venue not caused by our negligence
• Service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific booking in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sheesha Paradise and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
